Easily add extra pages to your script.

Open customPage.php
Replace this content with your own.
Rename the file (contactus.php or help.php etc.)
Upload the new file to your scripts folder.
Open setup.php
Add the filename and the name you wish to appear on the menu in the '$custom_page' array
Eg. $custom_page=array("customPage.php" => "Custom Page","contactus.php" => "Contact Us")
Upload setup.php to your scripts folder.
